I’ve bought two, and am now buying my third machine from them. Start with the website, and you can select prices with or without VAT - a very nice touch. Several example machines which can be specced to your requirements. Not sure about something? there’s a polite voice on the end of the phone (none of this press 1 for....), and a very competent advisor who really knows his stuff.

When my last machine arrived a year ago, the build quality was superb. Every cable secured, every screw in place. Beautiful. And silent.

I developed a card reader problem under warranty. I told them - and they offered to collect and return the machine free of charge, or to send me a new reader that day, which they did.

Their prices seem to be about the same as components from on-line component stores, but with the build free. So no problem there.
