Streacom ST-LH6 Additional CPU Cooling Kit for DB4

The ST-LH6 is required if you want to cool a CPU up to 110W. It does this by utilising two of the DB4’s side panels.

Features

  1. Increases the cooling capacity of the DB4 from 65W to 110W
  2. Utilises a total of 6 heatpipes
  3. Dissipates the heat via two side panels

The DB4 is a monolithic design masterpiece consisting of a sturdy basic framework surrounded by four removable outer plates of extruded aluminium with sand-blasted surface. These splendid aluminium panels look not only ingenious, the intelligent design also corresponds to a convection surface and thus follows their function as a heat sink for the processor installed inside. For this purpose, the latter is connected to an external plate by means of a flexibly lockable universal CPU cooler with three of the four original copper heatpipes for heat dissipation, and is also contacted by a further LH6 heatpipe kit with three additional heatpipes with a second outer plate. The effective cooling capacity can be increased as from 65 watts to 110 watts.

“Great products, really QUIET, fast shipping.”

“I wanted to build a zero dB computer and found quietpc.com that is having a large selection and allowed me to quickly decide.

If you don’t want to loose time and get a really silent PC with no double you must follow their website’s advices. I did that and am really satisfied. Money was of lesser concern, buying the wrong product being not an option (buzz, hiss or whatever noise comes from the product you buy would make your purchase a waste of money).

I got a NoFan case, power supply and their big fanless CPU cooler - beware! it’s really large and can prevent your video card from being inserted in the first PCI-X slot. Well, I keep my PC on 24/7 and I never heard anything coming out from it, and the CPU (Haswell i4700) is always below 50 celsius.”
