Each fan is supplied with rubber fan mounts and four fan screws.

Having refanned a noisy PC with a Fractal 140mm fan, I bit the bullet and cut open my PSU, and refanned it with one of these. Can't guarantee this is sensible with all PSUs, but mine is fine. The only snag I hit was that the new fan wouldn't power up off the original 12v PSU lines, so I connected it to a spare Molex HDD power connector, and 2 months on, all seems fine (and almost inaudible).
