The Kaze Q Fan Controller is a very simple but effective fan controller. It is able to control the speed of up to four standard 3-pin fans (PWM fans are not compatible), while being installed in a 3½" drive bay. It has a voltage range of 5V to 12V and with its brushed aluminium finish it will look great inside any chassis.

Fantastic for the price. The brushed aluminium front looks great.
Squeeze some whiteout or correction fluid into the grooves on the control knobs, if you need to see them easier. Works very well. =)

I have this little controller on my rig controlling four Arctic Cooling F12 fans, and I must say, it makes quiet fans quieter...
My PC has seven fans in all (4 case, 1 psu, 2 cpu) and it's barely audible when my case fans are running low, and when I want to play or do anything more CPU intensive I can just up the speed a bit and it makes it very cool.
In all, I'm giving 9 stars "only" because you cannot switch the fans off, but the looks and ease of use completely makes up for that, and at this price it's a really good product.
