The Xilence PSU consists of a 120mm fan that cools the unit, but just as importantly it does this without sounding like a vacuum cleaner! In fact noise levels remain very low indeed. This is down to the high quality components used inside the unit that produce less waste heat and therefore the fan does not need to spin as fast as some other so-called "Silent" or "Quiet" power supplies.

The PSUs is supplied with a good range of connections. The main motherboard cable is 20/24-pins, making it is compatible with older motherboards that require just 20-pins. There is also a 4/4-pin cable which can be used for ATX12V (requires just four pins) or ESP12V (requires all eight pins). You'll also find four SATA power, three 4-pin Molex, one floppy drive and one 6-pin PCI-E connector, which is more than enough for most users.
