Zalman F1 Series SATA III Solid State Drives Ultra
Zalman, well known for their high performance cooling solution, have launched a new range supper fast Solid State Drive, the F1 Series!
The F1 Series of SSDs from Zalman are based around the Sandforce SF-2281 processor and offer read and write speeds up to 560 MB/s and 530 MB/s respectively as well as super fast SATA 6Gb/s interface. Supplied with three year warranty, 3.5” bracket and all the features you would expect from the latest SSDs such as: AHCI optimisation, SMART, NCQ, TRIM, and AES 128/256!

The Zalman SSD-F1 Series 240GB is a real shot from left field; no one really saw it coming, but performance-wise it really is hard to fault. It’s not that badly priced either. Yes it’s a bit more expensive than some of the competition but, perhaps more importantly, it’s cheaper than the Vertex 3 MAX IOPS, which it practically matches for performance.
