Extremely Quiet
The low speed 92mm PWM fan reduces the noise level to a minimum. The patented fan holder is able to practically eliminate the typical buzzing sound of a 92 mm fan.
Powerful cooling
Six Heat Pipes (three U-shaped) are able to transfer heat up to 200 Watt. The heatsink is built up out of 42 aluminium fins and consists of a surface area of over 4700 cm2 and allows for resistance free energy transfer to air.
Integrated Cooling of Voltage Converters
Air is drawn in from the side of the fan to cool the components around the CPU. While some air is blown out towards the voltage converters on the motherboard with the aid of bent fins at the bottom of the cooler.
Patented Vibration Absorption
The four rubber connectors on the fan act as a vibration dampener to absorb the shock of the running fan. This can reduce significant vibration between the fan and heatsink.
Easy Installation
The cooler is to install without any tools within seconds.
PLEASE NOTE - Arctic Cooling measure noise levels in Sone (loudness) instead of dB (sound intensity). The loudness depends upon your ears response curves and tells you how noticeable a certain noise is.

I thought I had gone deaf !
The title is an exaggeration - but only slightly. The reasons I purchased the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro was to replace the stock AMD fan & heatsink on my new Mesh P.C. which made quite a din, the relatively low cost and the capability to handle the 125w heat developed by my AMD Phenom x4 3.00GHz processor. I keep my P.C. under my desk, and when I disconnected the case fan to listen to the Freezer 64, I could hardly hear it. Now I have got to replace my case fan.
The temperature of the CPU has also dropped 5 degrees and is now at 36 degrees and 1310 rpm. It is reasonably compact as long as your case can take the height. I found the base clips a bit fiddly, but probably due to my little fat fingers, and took me about 10 minutes to fit, that includes removal of the old thermal paste & cleaning, the Freezer 64 Pro is preloaded with thermal paste. A great improvement to my P.C. and a pleasure to deal with Quiet PC, a very efficient and helpful organisation.
