The Xilence Heatpipe RAM Cooler is a very straightforward RAM cooling products. It has been designed to reduce the operating temperature of any PC RAM. The large black heatspreader is attached directly to the RAM chips where the heat is generated. As the heatspreader becomes hot the heat is then transferred to the attached copper heatpipes which absorbs the heat into the outer copper fins, where it is naturally dissipated. A simple but effective approach!
