After the success of the wireless SM-8000 Nexus have now introduced a wired version, the SM-8500. The SM-8500 is a wired silent optical mouse which connects to your PC or laptop via a USB cable and has a total of 5 buttons.

People are so used to using a PC that they have become so acquainted with devices such as track pads and multi-touch displays, that they no longer need confirmation by an audible clicking noise. Everyone knows that when they have clicked or double clicked something, there is a graphical reaction of the clicking on the screen. Therefore Nexus feels you simply do not need a clicking-sound to confirm the action.

Comfortable shape and material

The Nexus Silent Mouse is a comfortable size and is an excellent mouse for desktop and laptop use, especially because of the small Nano receiver which you plug in to a USB port. It is so small that it does not need to be removed... just forget it's there. Furthermore, the mouse is made from quality surface treatments so it feels good to use.

Patented Silent Switch technology

The switches used for the Silent Mouse have a patented construction and lack the "click" sound when pressed. You'll be amazed how much more relaxing it is when this clicking sound has been removed from the working environment.
