MSI's HD R6950 Twin Frozr II OC builds on the reference design by ATI by adding MSI's highly efficient Twin Frozr II heatsink that provides more cooling over the stock R6950 cooler at lower noise levels. The Twin Frozr is up to 6°C cooler and 19.6 dB quieter - but that is not all, this graphics card is also overclocked! The stock clocks for the R6950 are 800/1250, whereas the MSI R6950 Twin Frozr II OC clocks are 810/5000. With the MSI R6950 Twin Frozr II OC you get a faster graphics card with better cooling, and amazingly it does this quieter than the stock cooler!
