MSI's HD R6870 Twin Frozr II OC builds on the reference design by ATI by adding MSI's highly efficient Twin Frozr II heatsink that provides more cooling over the stock R6870 cooler at lower noise levels. The Twin Frozr is up to 19°C cooler and 12.8 dB quieter - but that is not all, this graphics card is also overclocked! The stock clocks for the R6870 are 900/1050, whereas the MSI R6870 Twin Frozr II OC clocks are 920/4200. With the MSI R6870 Twin Frozr II OC you get a faster graphics card with better cooling, and amazingly it does this quieter than the stock cooler!
