The BR123 is a simple bracket which is designed to be mounted using the same screws that retain your PCI/AGP cards. The bracket has slots to allow positional adjustment of a fan so that airflow is directed across the heatsink(s) on your PCI card(s), video card(s), or CPU heatsink, giving unbeatable cooling. The BR123 is supplied with a FANFIX1 screw which is used to fasten a fan, and we would recommend any of our ultra-quiet fans as being the best choice for use in combination with the bracket. Additional FANFIX1 screws can be purchased separately so that up to three fans can be mounted on one BR123.

The BR123 is exactly the same bracket which is supplied with the Zalman CNPS6000 and CNPS6500 flower coolers. So if you are using one of these coolers on your processor, then an additional fan can be mounted on the same bracket to cool your video card, and there is no need to purchase an additional BR123 bracket. In fact, up to three fans can be mounted on one bracket - for any combination of CPU cooling, video card cooling, or general air circulation.

The BR123 (plus fan) is especially useful when you wish to provide additional cooling around the graphics card area.
