Nexus Quiet Wireless Mice with Nano USB Receiver
Nexus have been trying to develop a quiet mouse for the past four years. They found it difficult to make a mouse that does not make a clicking-sound. However they have found some patented silent switches and integrated them into a stylish but practical wireless mouse.

People are so used to using a PC that they have become so acquainted with devices such as track pads and multi-touch displays, that they no longer need confirmation by an audible clicking noise. Everyone knows that when they have clicked or double clicked something, there is a graphical reaction of the clicking on screen. Therefore Nexus feels you simply do not need a clicking-sound to confirm the action.

Nexus SM-7000B Silent Wireless Mouse with Nano receiver
Comfortable shape and material
The Nexus Silent Mouse is a comfortable size and is an excellent mouse for desktop and laptop use, especially because of the small nano receiver which you plug in to a USB port. It is so small that it does not need to be removed... just forget it's there. Furthermore the mouse is made from quality surface treatments so it feels good to use.
Patented Silent Switch technology
The switches used for the Silent Mouse have a patented construction and lack the "click" sound when pressed. You'll be amazed how much more relaxing it is when this clicking sound has been removed from the working environment.
DPI selection button (SM-7000 only)
On top of the mouse is a convenient 1000/1600 DPI selection switch to alter the mouse speed. Fast when you need speed and slow when you need accuracy
Video demonstration
Check out the video and hear for yourself. The test is not done in a anechoic chamber so the dB(A) values are just for comparison reference.
Product Differences
There are only three main differences between the SM-7000 and the SM-8000. Firstly, the SM-7000 has three mouse buttons whereas the SM-8000 has five. Secondly, the SM-8000 does not have a DPI switch unlike the SM-7000. And finally, both mice are physically different sizes, with the SM-8000 being slightly larger.

Great mouse!
Works well, really silent, precision laser, easy on batteries. My number one choice when it comes to mice.
I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I am very please with this mouse. Really quiet you can barely hear the clicks.
Sometimes it takes few milliseconds to wake up and start to respond.
Ergonomics it's not the best one. Buttons could be longer without rim which could be annoying for somebody with longer fingers.
But overall I am pleased with this product and I would recommend to anybody who doesn't like extra noise.

This is not as quiet as it is advertised.
The buttons are quieter 'than your average' mouse but unless you are extremely gentle then it is much louder than the JNL-101K Noiseless USB Gaming Mouse (available here at Quietpc). The scroll wheel is very quiet indeed, but that doesn't make up for the button noise for me.
If you need wireless then be aware of this.
The JNL-101K by JSCO is wired but the buttons are quieter by far but the scroll wheel is noisy.

Very quiet absolutely no noise at all, good size comfortable to hold. Wheel is a bit slow on response when turning but it's fine, no bad points to this at all.
