Fixed sockets

Child protection

The Designcord cable reels are fit with child protection on the socket outlets.

Overheating protection

The cable reel has an overheating protection with reset switch. This protection makes the cable reel switch off in case the reels gets too warm. When this happens all plugs should be removed from the reel and the reset button should be pressed once the reel is cooled down. Then it is ready to be used again.
