Microsoft's Desktop 600 package represents excellent value and is very comfortable to use for extended periods of time. The keyboard and mouse both use USB wired connections to your PC, giving flawless responsiveness, no radio interference and no batteries to replace! The mouse uses an optical sensor to track movement across virtually any non-reflective surface and will never suffer from the hassle of clogged mouse parts.

The mouse is comfortable for either hand and its central scroll wheel allows you to move through your documents quickly without having to click on the on-screen scroll bar. The scroll wheel can also be clicked in order to act as a third mouse button.

Four hot keys at the top of the keyboard let you control the most-used media activities (play/pause, volume up, volume down, and mute). It has quiet, responsive, thin-profile keys and its calculator Hot Key allows you to quickly access the Calculator. The keyboard is designed to withstand an accidental spill and like the mouse, is Plug and Play. No software is needed - just connect to your PC and go!
