Special features include Extra Fluid Dynamic Bearings (EX-FDB). EX-FDB comes with a group of "V" shaped grooves to achieve micron level thickness of oil lubrication in between the shaft housing. This gives the Kama Flow 2 fans a longer life of up to 120,000 hours, whilst remaining quiet.

I purchased two of these - one for the expected use in a PC, the other to replace the fan in a mini-fridge (I was getting annoyed by the rattling the low quality fan produced).
I am very happy with the results - both devices are now quieter, while having a greater airflow, and with the use of a fan speed controller I can vary the mini-fridge between being icy cold and being cool but whisper quiet.
