(8/10)
This product would be somewhat unremarkable if it didn't feature a fan controller built in, but it works well; dialling in a medium RPM makes the fan in inaudible over hard disks, even when flush against a grille.
What's missing from the description is that the fan is 3-pin but comes with a Molex adaptor and that the controller dial can be easily separated from the blanking plate so it can be just left inside the case.
The only drawback is the blue LEDs (sigh), and that the cable from the fan to controller is quite short - I don't believe it would reach from the front of any case to a blanking plate, but its reach could be extended with anyone with trivial experience with a soldering iron.
