KingSpec Electronics is a world-class solid state disk manufacturer specialising in designing, developing and manufacturing high-performance SSD products as well as other storage components such as USB Flash drives and memory cards. Founded in 2005, KingSpec has been focusing on developing and producing Flash storage devices in their 15,000 square metres SGS ISO9001:2008 factory. With over 1200 well-trained staff members, 16 surface-mount machines and other automatic production equipment, production capability exceeds 3 million pcs per month.

Unlike many competing SSD brands, KingSpec Electronics actually own and operate their own factory in Shenzhen so they have direct control over the design and fabrication of the memory chips and controllers which are used in their SSD products. Not needing to rely on a third party chip supplier means that performance, reliability and compatibility are all maximised, and new technology innovations can be implemented more quickly.
