MSI's Twin Frozr on N275GTX has an intelligent dual-fan design. The card produces ultra-low noise under regular load and dynamically adjusts the fan speed during intensive game play and other 3D-operations. Moreover, the dual-fan design provides twice as much cooling efficiency. The Twin Frozr on MSI N275GTX also has a 5-heatpipe design to improve the efficiency of heat dissipation even more.

Next to the standard N275GTX Twin Frozr graphics cards, MSI introduces a N275GTX Twin Frozr OC, which GPU is overclocked to 666 MHz, shader clock to 1476 MHz and the memory overclocked to 2322 MHz.

Had this card a couple of months now no problems. This card stomps all over all any games easy. But Ultra quiet? No. When gaming it will probably be the loudest thing in your case, I personally don't care when I'm gaming. It is less noisy than my previous card an ATI X1950 something. Also it is very big.
When you are just checking emails etc it is quiet but not ultra. However apart from water, I think it's the quietest card you can find besides the silent no fan ones which aren't as powerful as this. So basically a good compromise between power and noise.
