The IDE DVD drive for the Mini is a slim line slot-in DVD burner. It is embedded in a silent box, which absorbs vibration and noise which ensures a very quiet operation. The heat generated by the drive is dissipated by copper plates that surround the drive. The copper plates also make contact with the case's outer heatsinks.
PLEASE NOTE: This product is highly recommended if you intend to purchase the HFX Mini case.
