Introducing something a little bit different from Zalman, a hybrid cooler that not only cools a CPU but can also be used to cool a graphics card! This is made possible by some very clever engineering on Zalman's part. As well as a specially designed base the cooler is supplied with different bracket types, two for CPU cooling and another for VGA cooling, making it probably the most versatile cooler on the planet!

Considering the size of the cooler you would think it would not be able to cool high end LGA775 CPUs, in fact the VF2000 performs very similar to the Intel's reference design cooler. But that's not all! It's also far, far quieter and smaller in size. The VF2000 can achieve excellent cooling due to the fact it includes four copper heatpipes and features Variable Fin Profile (VFP) and an embedded 92mm fan.

It is not recommended to use the VF2000 on the following CPUs - Intel Prescott above 540 and Cedar Mill above 650; AMD Phenom X4 above 9850 and Athlon 64 FX above 53.
