These are one of my favourite types of fan along with the Noctua branded ones.
The look so cool and run very quiet. I modded one of these in to my HTPC and it has bought the temp of the GPU down by at least 30 degrees. I have it on the highest setting so it's not ultra quiet but then again it wouldn't be would it? The noise is a nice pleasant one rather than an annoying one and I can only hear it when I'm right next to the PC.
You won't go wrong with these or the Noctua branded fans. Highly recommended.
