The second version of Kama Panel uses internal cable connection directly to the motherboard and enables the user to organize the cables better as well as inserting Micro SD cards directly. Furthermore up to 2 fans can be controlled with the built in fan controller and 4 extra by the slim slot-in attachment.
Scythe's Kama Panel is quite simply the most feature rich 5¼" panel we have ever seen. As well as bringing USB, Firewire and Audio ports to the front of the system, the panel also has a 12-in-1 card reader and E-SATA. The panel also allows the user to control up to six 3-pin fans. There is even a nice blue glow to the dials that control the fans.

The Kama Reader is also capable of housing a slim optical drive (not supplied). Once the bottom four fan controllers have been removed the slim optical drive can be installed in their place. A special printed circuit board (supplied) adapts the socket on the back of the slim optical drive to a standard IDE (ATAPI) connector so it can easily be connected to your motherboard. This is why the Kama Reader is so popular: it has everything except the kitchen sink!

Has loads of connections for lots of things, E-SATA and USB amongst others with plenty of fan controllers. I would recommend it - easy to install as well.
