What is B-Grade?

We aim to offer our customers brand new stock in perfect condition. B-Grade is stock which falls below that standard. All B-Grade stock is sold at a discounted price and Quiet PC offers a 90-day warranty on all B-Grade stock items.

What is wrong with your B-Grade products?

Nothing! They will work exactly the same as any A-Grade products. There can be several reasons why stock is classed B-Grade, which include one or more of the following:-

• Previously been used
• Incorrect packaging
• Superficial damage
• Documentation missing
• Returned review sample

Unfortunately we cannot indicate the exact issue(s) which relate to each and every product. However, please be assured that all B-Grade products will work exactly like A-Grade products. They will just contain one or more of the previously mentioned faults.

What discounts are involved with B-Grade products?

Lots! Pricing of B-Grade items could be up to 50% cheaper than the normal retail price, but please remember that our standard delivery charges apply.

How do I buy B-Grade products?

Just browse the products listed below and add the ones you want to your shopping basket. B-Grade products are also listed on the main product pages, subject to availability. If you do not see a product that you want then we do not have it available, so please do not ask.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of B-Grade items being unique, we can only offer them on a first come - first served basis. It is possible that we may run out of stock very quickly. If any item is out of stock we will notify you by email and then, at your request, refund the price of your out of stock item. B-Grade products are only available to customers who live in mainland UK.
