Thanks to the flexible mounting design, the Accelero L2 Pro is multi compatible with a wide range of VGA cards. The cooler consists of a 92mm PWM fan and an optimised heatsink, giving it excellent thermal performance - making it an ideal cooling solution for virtually any graphics card.
The cooler features a 92mm PWM fan that runs from 900 to 2,000 RPM, the Accelero L2 Pro achieves up to 27 CFM airflow and 100 Watts cooling capacity. The optimised heatsink and the pre-applied thermal compound MX-2 guarantee excellent heat dissipation from the core.

Used this to replace the stock fan on a PowerColor HD 4850. Fits well, but would make the following points.
1)There is only about a 2mm gap between the GPU heatsink and the supplied RAM heatsinks on the row of chips at the top edge of the board. If you're using it on a different card, do a "dry-run" fitting first with a heatsink gently fitted to one of those chips to ensure there is sufficient clearance.
2)There are 4 tiny plastic spacers that fit between the GPU heatsink and the board. Would suggest using a tiny spot of superglue to tack these in place on the heatsink- you can use a cocktail stick as a guide ensure they are aligned true- then put the heatsink upside down on the bench and lower the card onto it and insert the screws through the back.
The PC HD4850 only has a 2-pin connector, so i had to use the cables supplied and power it from a molex connector. Using the 7.5 volt option the card is cooled sufficiently and the fan is near silent.
At the price, this is a steal!

I bought this for my 9800gt super+ 1gb, which as I'm sure any person with the same card will agree is a VERY loud card, and installed it. (Installation took maybe 5 minutes once I figured out which bit needed to come off of the original card)
I started up my computer and immediately noticed the difference - it was amazing. Compared to what it was like before, this is like music to my ears.
Regarding the temperatures, I didn't check the GPU temp before I installed it, but I remember it idling at around 30-40 degrees whereas now it sits around 25-30, so not a huge difference. I would probably suggest going a bit more upmarket if you're looking for a solution to overheating, but for simple noise reduction I could not be happier, especially with the price. You could not go wrong for 11 quid. Highly recommended.

I ordered the L2 as a replacement for my stock 86000 GT video card fan, which had started to make nasty vibrations. When it arrived, I couldn't believe how enormous it was. It takes up not only one, but two, adjacent PCI slots. This is going to cause a problem if you have essential things in your PCI slots or if your video card slot is very close to the end of your case, so beware.
With the size issue out of the way, I am very pleased with how I was able to follow the instructions and fit it myself within one hour. I recommend going with the other customer review's advice about turning the L2 upside down and lowering the video card onto it, otherwise you'll never get the spacers to stay on. It comes with a full set of VRAM heatsinks which were easy to fit and give huge overclocking potential, plus a stability boost for any card.
I have to deduct a further point because the L2 came with both a 7v and 12v power cable and no indication about which one to use.

Installed this on my nVidia 8800GT. As all techies know, this card produces a lot of heat and noise on its stock single slot cooler. I get an idle temp of ~56c to ~95c loaded. After installing this thing, I get 36c idle temp and never went higher than 56c when loaded.
And the fan is only at its 30%, amazingly quiet and superb!
