The Nexus EDGE - massive, great airflow, silence and plenty of room for a host of HDDs and optical drives.
Motherboards
The Nexus Edge case is a full-tower chassis that is compatible with ATX/Flex, ATX/Micro ATX and Full ATX motherboards. Even extended ATX motherboard will fit inside of the chassis without any issues!
Noise absorption wave foam
The side panels of the Edge case are fully covered with noise absorption wave foam to absorb noise and sounds coming from the components installed inside the case.
Stunning front panel
The front panel is manufactured from 3mm thick aluminium with three stunning finishes. The right hand side of the front panel has a recognisable aluminium hairline finish, while the left hand size has a sand-sprayed mat finish. Where these two different finishes meet, a thin aluminium strip has been polished to a mirrored, given it a elegant look.
Fans
Good cooling inside any case is an absolute must, which is why the Edge is supplied with three "Real Silent" 14cm case fans. These fans run at 1000 RPM and move a massive amount of air whilst remaining ultra quiet (18 db(A)).
Rubber Pads
When installing the power supply of your choice you will notice that the PSU sits on soft rubber pads. These pads prevent resonance and vibration. There is also plenty of space around the PSU to allow it to "breathe" so the fan speed of the PSU is not influenced by air obstruction.
Filters
At the air intake areas, such as at the front 14cm case fan, air filters have been positioned to keep the dust out of the case. There are also two filters installed at the bottom of the case to further reduce dust build up.
Tool-less Design
Finally, to keep things nice and simple the HDDs and optical drives can be fitted without any tools.

We've had this case for a year now.
Good points:
- it doesn't have the awful "gamer" style case design (no transparent sides or gratuitous LEDs!)
- it's big
- cooling seems good
Bad points:
- ours arrived with part of the plastic broken, though this was just a cosmetic issue fixed with a bit of superglue
- you may well need some extension cables for your PSU as the case is so large!
- the drive rails are the tool-less kind. They don't hold the drives securely and it seems they transmit vibrations into the case resulting in an annoying amount of noise.

The first point to make is that this case is both large and heavy. But the large size means it handles any heat-sink with ease. The three quiet 140mm case fans means that my core i5 CPU needs no additional fans on top of the Prolimatech Megahalems Super 6 cooler.
I have only one minor niggle, the side panel can be very difficult to lock because the tolerance on the key lever is just too fine.
Overall I would recommend this case for anyone looking to fill a machine with lots of HDDs but who still wants something quiet that also looks stylish. I have 4 HDDs fitted so far and I have not even begun to reach the limits of this case.
