The Moneual 832 is a great-looking case for your next living-room PC build. Finished in brushed aluminium, it offers a unique ventilation system and despite its slim size, is capable of housing full size PC components. It has a built in liquid crystal display (LCD) so you can always see media status information without having to interrupt your viewing on the main display. It also has an internal IR receiver and comes with a remote control. The front panel hides USB, Firewire, Audio ports along with a card reader, which complete this beautiful product.

The reduction in height (compared to the 932) is due to the fact the PSU has been sunk into the floor of the chassis. This makes the 832 around 20mm shorter than the 932. The only draw back with this recess is that it can not accommodate all PSUs. It is recommended that the length of the PSU does not exceed 160mm.

Compatibility

If you plan to use a fanless graphics card that uses heatpipes then make sure the heatpipes do not extend over the top of the card. If they do then it will not be possible to install the roof of the chassis.

The maximum height of a CPU cooler that can be used is 115mm.

The only other thing to consider is the optical drive. The aluminium bezel supplied with the chassis does not fit all optical drives. Moneual recommend LG and Lite-On optical drives. Unfortunately the Samsung drive we provide is not compatible.
