I want to thank QuietPC.com team, in perfect condition for sending the Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo VGA cooler Pro, and in only 12 days, much faster than I thought.

I installed the cooler on a Geforce video card XFX 9800GTX + which was very hot because the original heatsink and fan are really bad.

Constantly hung with any game, any resolution and at different levels of detail. It's a very good video card and achieves good frame rate but in internet I found that this model came with a manufacturing defect is that the GPU becomes very hot. That's why I decided to change all your cooling system for the Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo Pro VGA and really was amazed with the results of the temperature.

With Cool original and load: max 92C, With the Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo Pro VGA load: max 76C.

In conclusion I am very satisfied with this product from Arctic Cooling that besides being very good, is easy to install, and very quiet with respect to the original cooler.

Installation was relatively easy, my card wasn't reference so one or two of the small heatsinks didn't fit. The fans can be set to 7v or 12v which is handy, although even at 12v I cant hear the fans.

pros -
very quiet on 7v or 12v
easily fitted
temperatures have dropped (from 80c to 60c load)

cons -
slightly expensive but well worth it
maybe the fact the air stays inside the case but so far mine is fine

I was almost tempted to kit my other powercolor 4890 with it but for nearly £30 I decided against it.

I brought this to replace the standard fan unit on my Radeon Sapphire HD5850 when it started making excess noise, most likely due to a bearing issue.

It was very easy to install, as the unit supplied is obviously the latest version so more compatible with 5850's as there is a now a cut-out in the fins to accommodate the double DVI sockets found in some 5850's, so there is no need the trim or bend fins to get it to fit like it says on some forums.

Once fitted, is very quite, and has great cooling performance, idling at 34' and no notable increase in noise when in games. I definitely would recommend this product.

Firstly would like to thank Quietpc for an excellent delivery service! Just finished building my very first rig and could not believe how noisy my XFX4890 was, sounded like the thing was going to take off and then developed a very annoying rattle when I lowered the fan speed!! Ordered one of these bad boys. Installation was very easy, even for someone like me who has never taken off a GPU cooler before. All I would recommend is take your time and follow the instructions.

Fired up my PC and could not believe how quiet this was, had to check to make sure the fans where actually turning! I play LOTRO and my card didn't even break a sweat with all settings maxed out. One very happy customer and could not recommend this cooler more, buy one!!!
